Do you have sensitive skin? Dry skin? Flaky skin? Irritable skin? Do you get redness? Does your skin react to many products? Do you have atopic dermatitis or eczema?? Then this is the cream for you!!
My dermatologist prescribed this cream for me, because I was suffering from extremely dry and sensitive skin, that never seemed to retain moisture.
The beauty of this product is that it actually builds your skin barrier, because it's created with ingredients that are similar to those found in our skin.
I wasn't convinced when I heard that though, but it actually works!! I use it as a night creme, and in the morning my skin is still moisturized. After using it for a few days I could tell that my skin is somewhat "stronger" and more resistant to pollution and harsh enviroments. I don't have to moisturize my skin several times a day, because it somehow locks up moisture inside.
What I really loved about it is that it's non greasy at all, and doesn't leave a sticky film on the face. It helpd with my redness problem too, so it's really a wonder cream.
I recommend it to everyone, because we all need protection from from environmental damages such as sun exposure and pollutants!

I got a sample of Atopalm and gave it to my husband for his dry, chapped hands and after trying it, he asked me to get him a regular size. He never asks for anything, nor does he usually care if he snags things with is cactus hands. He'll be using it on his feet, too. Another plus is that there is only minute fragrance, hardly noticeable.

Well this is good moisture for sensitive skin but not perfect for me, better than most. I've always had sensitive skin and very dry, and recently realized I have a little rosacea which has really been bugging me. I got treatment for that (metrogel) which works perfect, you use it at night - but I have to say, after years of trying everything, regular generic clear 100% aloe vera gel from the drug store is IT for my skin. Perfect moisture with NO problems. Just had to write that in case it helps someone -
