I have been using Essie nail polish for so many years. I love them. I got the flirty fuchsia today and I started to do my nails. After the first coat dried, I notice that as is dried it turned matte. What happen???? I know that matte nail polish is starting to be the next new thing. I know OPI has their matte collection out soon. But this is not suppose to be matte, right? I did a second coat and it was still matte so I just used a shiny top coat. It looks really good and I love the bright fuchsia but I wasn't prepare for this to be matte.

Tha same thing happened to me. I bought the perky purple and I wasn't expecting it to be matte, but it is. Be advised if you don't like this new trend. I use it with a shiny top coat and looks pretty.
